Overview
A combination of sophisticated warehouse security with state of the art tracking assures your documents stay safe and secure right through from collection and archiving to retrieval or destruction. We only use Control Group employed staff that have all been vetted to CRB level and wear a company uniform with ID badge. Access to our archiving facilities is prohibited to unauthorised personnel.
Example
The process of a typical collection of data involves:
1. Using either our online, telephone or email services you can arrange for a collection to be made.
2. A CRB vetted, uniformed member of Control Group will arrive to collect the data you wish to have archived.
3. The data will then be given a barcode and scanned by ourselves. You will be issued with a detailed receipt.
4. The data will then be loaded onto one of our secure satellite tracked vehicles and delivered back to Control Group’s warehouse.
5. Once it has arrived back with us, a member of Control Group will scan your data into our warehouse by it’s barcode.
6. It will then be assigned a position in the relevant secure storage area.
Archive Security
Control Group’s warehouse has a physical presence for up to 22 hours a day and we believe this itself is one of the strongest forms of security.
The warehouse is protected with sophisticated intruder alarm systems, complying with NACOSS & BS 4737, parts 1, 3 and 4 standards. These systems are remotely monitored 24/7, have GSM back-up and are covered by an all inclusive maintenance contract.
Digital security video cameras operate round-the-clock 24-hour surveillance of our premises.
Archive Tracking
We use a state of the art, web-enabled, barcode management system that enables us to track your records, quickly and efficiently. This provides us and you with a comprehensive trace and tracking system and a complete auditable trail at the touch of a button - keeping all historical records for the duration required.

Control Group provide secure archiving services nationally. We are based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and currently operate in:
• Buckinghamshire
• Hertfordshire
• Bedfordshire
• Northampton
We are looking to further expand our secure archiving services in and around the region, specifically: Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Northampton.
