Data can be in almost any format from a traditional paper document to media files such as tapes and CD’s. We also store portable devices including laptops, hard drives, PDA’s and mobile phones.

6. Can we access our archive online?
Yes, once you have documents archived with us you can view status updates and check various different reports online, including: tracking, current location, number of documents in storage and much more. You can also book-in new documents you wish to put have archived or book-out those you wish to have delivered to you.

7. How quickly can you deliver documents back to us?
We operate a next-day delivery policy; however, if you require urgent delivery then a same-day delivery service is available and can be arranged.

8. Will our documents be safe with you?
Yes, all our vehicles are fitted with extra security and a live satellite tracking feed that is displayed in our office. Our storage warehouse is protected with advanced security systems, and has a physical presence for up to 22 hours a day. So you can rest assured.
